ASZM was founded on a single conviction: that the most consequential business problems are not solved by reports alone. They require a firm willing to study the entire system, map every dependency, and stay in the room until the change is real.

Our philosophy places Finance at the centre of that work, not as a reporting function but as the primary instrument through which strategy is executed, performance is governed, and enterprise value is built. Too many PE-backed and family-owned businesses in our markets have finance functions that consume cost without creating insight. We change that.

We built ASZM to be the kind of firm we wished existed when working through our own most difficult mandates: analytically rigorous, direct in its recommendations, and committed to the hard work of implementation.
